National Council AGM
Dear Member,
The Club AGM will take place on Saturday 5th April at 3pm at Malzards, Stoneyford, Co. Kilkenny.
Booking is now available via the website.
Nominations are now sought for four positions on National Council, any nominations must have 36 months continuous membership and lodge nomination papers supported by at least three (3) other paid up members by the closing date of 4th February 2025, and sent to the Club Honorary Secretary at council@iccc.ie
Nominations are also sought for the role of President.
Nominations for President shall be sent to the Club Honorary Secretary no sooner than sixty (60) days (4th February) and at least twenty one (21)days (15th March) prior to the date set for the A.G.M. If no such nominations arereceived, verbal nominations shall be accepted from the floor at theA.G.M.(c) Nominees for President must have at least three years continuous membership.(d) The President shall represent the Club at official functions. National Council may nominate a deputy for any function if the President is unable to attend. The President shall be a full member on National Council and shall be eligible to hold an executive position.
Any Motions/Resolutions are also sought and must to be given in writing to the Club Secretary (council@iccc.ie) at least sixty (60) days prior to the meeting, the closing date for Motions/Resolutions is 4th February 2025.
