AGM INFORMATION PLEASE READ
Two of the people stepping down from National Council are only doing so because they have completed 2 years on committee since being elected.
The other two were co-opted on so must step down.
All four are putting their names forward for re-election.
We hope this information clarifies why some people are up for election.
The AGM is not being held in Malzards pub. It is being held in the community centre beside the pub and parking will be available at both Malzards pub and the community centre.
There is some concern about the AGM being held in a pub and we hope that this information eases the concerns that have been raised.
SITE CLOSURE
Both of the club sites will be closed for the day of the AGM and cannot be booked - 05 April 2025.

Why? Who decided this. NC decided a few years ago not to close our sites for NC events as it has no impact on attendance. If members don't have access to our sites they will simply go elsewhere. Anyone with any interest in the AGM, will attend regardless if our sites are open or not.
