South East Halloween Meet 2024
Venue: Courtown ICCC Clubsite

Site opens at 3pm
Friday 25th October:
8pm - Meet & Greet bring your own Beverage of Choice
-Annual Halloween Great Bake Cake Competition Judging
-Card Reading by Caroline donations accepted and all funds raised will be given to the Irish Kidney Association towards their Family room, and Bonus Ball game 2euro per line
Saturday 26th October:
12pm Kids Club – Fairy Cake decorating & Hot Chocolate for all involved
3pm – Clubhouse closed for decorating for our big Spooktakular Disco
7.30pm – Bring your Plate/Knife/Fork to Clubhouse for some scrumptious baked Potatoes
8pm – Halloween themed Disco with the theme being Devils/Divas Witches/Wizards. Prizes for best costume and loads of tricks and treats on the night
Sunday 27th October:
1pm – Pumpkin Carving for kids-teens Bring your own Pumpkin
3pm – Fun trick or treat treasure trail for all
6pm – Kids trick or treating going van to van
7.30pm- Communal Dinner in Clubhouse, everyone bring your own food-drinks, this will be followed by our big Quiz, Club raffle bring your euros, sing song&chats to follow
Monday 28th October:
11am – All hands on deck to clean the clubhouse for Coffee morning
12pm – Coffee Morning and Say goodbye to those leaving to go home
